Fira Artensan & Festes Cultural

The beginning of August marks the start of the Artesans fair and cultural festes. This year one of the guest artisans created two wicker like structures at the village swimming pool. The hand made soaps are all the creations of our friend Lynn. A group of traditional singers entertained everyone. Later in the cutural festes, the village had it's water party, which went down very well, as did the paella night

House assumes the position

Usually flat on the ground, but sometimes on my lap. He likes playing with water. He is always trying to tip over his water bowl so he can play in the wet patch. He also loves ice cubes. Strange but true.

No. 11

They have finished laying the Ullacona limestone floor in the lounge, hall and landing and the ensuite floor tiles have eventually gone in. Then in the middle of the month, all the stairs got laid and the bath went into our ensuite bathroom. In the laundry room, PG was amused to find the (obviously) obligatory scrubbing & steeping sink next to where the washing mashing will go.
At the end of the month Mike arrived with a van full of goodies from England. A six ring cooker, splashback and hood, two 8Kw Morso log burning stoves

Buzzed Off

The crop sprayer was back at the very end of August, and I managed to get some better shots and some cool video of him flying over our barn.
